1. Accuracy of Information
Applicants must provide true, complete, and correct information.
GUTS reserves the right to cancel admission if any discrepancy or false information is found.
2. Submission of Documents
Self-attested hard copies of the application form and required documents must be submitted within the specified deadline.
Admission remains provisional until document verification is completed.
3. Selection and Admission
Submission of the online form does not guarantee admission.
Admission is based on eligibility, merit, and seat availability.
Some courses may require an Entrance Test and/or Interview as per University guidelines.
4. Payment of Admission Fees
Admission fees must be paid online using the prescribed payment gateway.
Applicants must ensure successful fee payment. GUTS is not responsible for technical issues during payment.
5. No Refund Policy
Admission fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:
Withdrawal after payment
Failure to submit documents
Rejection due to ineligibility
Failure to qualify in Entrance Test (if applicable)
Non-completion of admission process
6. Technical Disclaimer
The online admission portal may experience temporary outages beyond the University’s control.
7. Final Authority
The decision of the Vice-Chancellor of GUTS in all admission-related matters shall be final and binding on all applicants.
